Project Types

Project Types are typically general categories of what whatever kinds of projects your company manages.

Access Project Types

Add Project Type

Edit Project Type

Remove Project Type

 

Access Project Types

  1. From Quadra, access Administration.
  2. On the left hand menu, go to Projects and click Project Types

Add Project Type

  1. Open Project Types from Administration.
  2. On the main Project Types page, click Add Project Type.
  3. Fill out the Project Type form: Enter in a new type. 
  4. If you want newly created projects to be automatically categorized as this type, click the check box labeled Default?
  5. Click the Save icon under the action menu. 

 

Edit Project Type

  1. Open Project Types from Administration.
  2. Select a Project Type from the list and click the Edit icon. 
  3. Edit text for Project Type or click Default? as needed.
  4. Click the Save icon. 

 

Remove Project Type

  1. Open Project Types from Administration.
  2. Select a Project Type from the list and click the Delete icon under the action menu. 
  3. In the confirmation box asking if you are sure you want to delete this project type, click OK.
