Insurance Carriers

In this section of Administration, you can manage the Insurance Carriers.  Add insurance carriers in order to select them from the drop-down menu under the Insurer(s) Affording Coverage section when creating a new certificate policy in the Certificate Policies module.

Access Insurance Carriers

  1. From Quadra, access Administration.
  2. On the left hand menu, go to Policies and click Insurance Carriers

 

Add Insurance Carrier

  1. Open Insurance Carriers from Administration.
  2. On the main Insurance Carriers page, click Add Insurance Carrier.
  3. Fill out the Insurance Carrier form:
    • Enter the Company.
    • Enter the NAIC Code.
    • Enter the Company Code, if relevant.
    • Select a date for Date Added.
  4. Click Save

 

Edit Insurance Carrier

  1. Open Insurance Carriers from Administration.
  2. Select a Carrier from the list and click the Edit icon under the action menu. 
  3. Edit fields as needed.
  4. Click the Save icon. 

 

Remove Insurance Carrier

  1. Open Insurance Carriers from Administration.
  2. Select an Insurance Carrier from the list and the Delete icon.
  3. In the confirmation box asking if you are sure you want to delete this insurance carrier, click OK.
