Brokers

In this section of Administration, you can manage the Brokers.  Add brokers in order to select them from the drop-down menu when creating a new master policy in the Master Policies module.

Access Brokers

  1. From Quadra, access Administration.
  2. On the left hand menu, go to Policies and select Brokers

 

Add Broker

  1. Open Brokers from Administration.
  2. On the main Brokers page, click Add Broker.
  3. Fill out the Broker form:
    • Enter a Name.
    • Enter Street 1 and Street 2.
    • Fill in the Zip Code.
    • Click Look Up Zip Code to auto-fill the City and State fields.
    • Fill in the Phone, Fax, and Email fields.
  4. Click Save Broker.

Edit Broker

  1. Open Brokers from Administration.
  2. Select a Broker from the list and under the action menu click the Edit icon. 
  3. In the Broker form, edit text as needed.
  4. Click the Save icon. 

 

Remove Broker

  1. Open Brokers from Administration.
  2. Select a Broker from the list and under the action menu, click the Delete icon. 
  3. In the confirmation box asking if you are sure you want to delete this broker, click OK.
