Edit Master Policy

 

  1. Open the Master Policies module of the account you plan to edit.
  2. Find the policy within the list. Under the action menu, click Edit.
  3. On the Edit Master Policy page, click Select Accounts to edit the accounts the Master Policy covers.
  4. Edit the accounts as needed. 
  5. Click Update.
  6. From the Edit Master Policy page, make changes to the fields as needed:
    • Select a Policy Type.
    • Select a First Name Insured. Select your company's name or one of the individual accounts.
    • Select an Insurance Carrier.
    • Type in a Policy Number.
    • Select a Broker.
    • Select or type in an Effective date.
    • Select or type in an Expiration date.
    • Select Yes or No for Recurring.
    • Type in the name of the Underwriter.
    • Type in the Email Address for Underwriter. Separate multiple addresses with a comma.
  7. Click Edit Master Policy.
