Add Note - Master Policies

The Notes feature allows you to provide additional information on any of the master policies listed. If you add a follow-up date, Quadra will create a notification under Your Account and you will receive an email reminder.

Add a Note

  1. Open the Master Policies module of the account you plan to edit.
  2. Find the policy within the list. Under the action menu, click Notes.
  3. Click Add Note.
  4. Check the information provided in the Account, Owner, and Module fields and edit as needed.
  5. Select a Category for your note.
  6. Select a Priority: High, Medium or Low.
  7. Type or select a Follow-up date.
  8. In the Follow-up By field, select a person who will have follow-up responsibility.
  9. Type your note in the space provided.
  10. Click Add Note.
  11. Click Done.
