Accepting Invitations

Use invitation links to invite team members to create accounts in Quadra.  Once the links are created, they can be sent by email.

Upon receipt, each recipient should click the link and enter his or her email address, first name, and last name.  This process will determine whether or not the recipient already has an account with Quadra. Depending on the status, recipients will proceed as follows:

If the recipient does not already have a Quadra account:

The recipient will receive a welcome email after entering his or her name and email address. The recipient will click Launch Quadra to proceed with the invitation process.

If the recipient already has a Quadra account but is not currently logged in:

A notice will appear stating he or she already has an account and must enter a password. Then the recipient will click Accept Invitation.

If the recipient already has a Quadra account and is currently logged in:

A notice will appear stating the recipient is already logged in to Quadra and should click Accept Invitation.
