Template Formats

When downloading a template to be used for a data import, there are three formats available:

1. Microsoft Excel Worksheet: Worksheets are simple to read and author and make them our most popular import format.

2. JSON File: JSON is commonly used by IT professionals and provides and alternate way of formatting data.

3. XML Document: XML is commonly used to transfer data between databases and web sites.
