Deactivate Driver

If you need to change a driver's status to 'Inactive' for a particular account, use the Deactivate feature.

  1. Open the Drivers module of the account you plan to edit. 
  2. Find the driver within the list. Under the action menu, click Deactivate. In this example, we are deactivating the driver's status only for Division A.
  3. In the confirmation window asking if you are sure you want to change the driver's status to 'INACTIVE', click OK.

    The driver's status will now be designated INACTIVE.
