About Claims
The Claims module allows you to record notes and store documents related to open claims which have been imported from another program.
The only way to add claims into Quadra is through the Import Data function in the Administration section. While you can import both open and closed claims, only open claims will appear in the Claims module.
Access the Claims Module

From within Quadra, click the module icon at the top.
- Under Risk Management, click Claims.
- Select an Account using the hierarchy at the left.
Need to see additional columns?
If you need to see additional information in the module grid, you can add more columns.
