Options for Adding New Records

If you select Yes for Add new under the Choose Options section when importing files, select an option for how Quadra should process the data if multiple accounts are found for a row.

Error: This row will be flagged as an Error and you will have the option to remove it from the import in the next step.

Use most recently edited: The account record that was most recently edited will be used.

Use most recently added: The account record that was most recently added will be used.
