Upload Addenda
Addenda refer to documents that can be added to certificate policies. When the policy is used to generate a certificate, the addenda will appear after the certificate. The certificate and addenda together will be shared or printed as a single file.
Only PDF files can be included as addenda.

Open the Certificate Policies module of the account you plan to edit.
- Find a policy within the list. Under the action menu, select Addenda.
- Select Add Document.
- Select an Existing Document (one that is already stored within Quadra) or select the Upload Documents tab to browse and upload a new document.
- Select Add Document. The document will appear after the certificate in the preview. With multiple documents, you can reorder pages using the hand icon. The certificate will always appear as the first page.
- Return to the home page using the breadcrumb at the top.
Reorder or Remove an Addendum
- Access the Addenda page in the Certificate Policies module.
- In the Addenda window, you will have the option to 1) reorder the documents by clicking and dragging the preview images or 2) remove a document by selecting Remove underneath the image.
- Select Certificate Policies in the header to return to the main Certificate Policies grid.
View an Addendum
- Access the Addenda page in the Certificate Policies module.
- To view a document at 100%, select the View option underneath the preview image and the document will open in a new window.
- Select Certificate Policies in the header to return to the main Certificate Policies grid.
