Notes

The Notes feature allows you to provide additional information on any of the policies listed. If you add a follow-up date, Quadra will create a notification under Your Account and you will receive an email reminder.

Add a Note

  1. Open the Certificate Policies module of the account you plan to edit.
  2. Find the certificate within the list. Under the action menu, click Notes.

  3. Click Add Note.

  4. Check the information provided in Account and Module and edit as needed.
  5. Select a Category if needed.
  6. Specify a Priority: High, Medium or Low.
  7. Type a Follow-up date in the specified format or a select a date from the calendar provided.
  8. In the Follow-up By field select a person who will have follow-up responsibility.
  9. Type your Note in the space provided.
  10. Click Add Note.
  11. Return to the home page using the breadcrumb at the top.
