Access Documents in Allocations
Access Documents in Allocations

From within Quadra, open the Allocations module.
- Find the allocation within the list. Under the action menu, click Documents.

Add a Document
- On the Documents page, click Add Document.
- Verify the Account, Owner and Category; change information as necessary.
- Click Browse to select a file from your computer.
- Type a Description of the file.
- Click Add Document.
Alternatively, use the Quick Add feature or the drag-and-drop method to add documents. With these methods, the category and description will not be included. These can be edited once the document is added.
Quadra automatically enters the Document Name based on the filename.
View Uploaded Documents
- Access the Documents page.
- Click on the document name or thumbnail image to open a larger view of the file using the document viewer.
Alternatively, click the document's icon for a quick preview.
Edit Document Details
- Access the Documents page.
- Find the document that you wish to edit in the list. Under the action menu, select Edit.
- From the Document Details page, edit the following information as necessary:
- Account
- Owner
- Category
- Document Name
- Document Description
- Click Edit Document to save the changes.
Remove a Document
- Access the Documents page.
- Find the document that you wish to remove. Under the action menu, select Remove.
- Type a Remove Comment to describe the reason for removal.
- Click Remove Document.
Return to Allocations Page
When finished, click Home in the breadcrumb at the upper left.
