Occupancy Types

Using Occupancy Types provides another level of detail which can give you a more complete picture of your structures. Occupancy Types generally refer to how a particular structure is used.

Access Occupancy Types

Add Occupancy Type

Edit Occupancy Type

Remove Occupancy Type

Access Occupancy Types

1. From Quadra, access Administration.
2. On the left hand menu, go to Structures and click Occupancy Types.

Add Occupancy Type

1. Open Occupancy Types from Administration.
2. On the main Occupancy Types page, click Add Occupancy Type.
   
3. Fill out the Occupancy Type form: Enter in a new type. 
4. Click the Save icon under the action menu. 
   

Edit Occupancy Type

1. Open Occupancy Types from Administration.
2. Select an Occupancy Type from the list and click the Edit icon under the action menu. 
   
3. Edit text as needed for Occupancy Type.
4. Click the Save icon. 

Remove Occupancy Type

1. Open Occupancy Types from Administration.
2. Select an Occupancy Type from the list and click the Delete icon under the action menu. 
   
3. In the confirmation box asking if you are sure you want to delete this occupancy type, click OK.
