Phases

The default phases for grants are Pre-award, Award, Post-Award, and Closeout. These can be renamed and reordered here.

Access Phases

1. From Quadra, access Administration.
2. On the left hand menu, go to Grants and click Phases. 
   
   

Add Phase

1. Open Phases from Administration.
2. On the main Phases page, click Add Phase.
   
3. Fill out the Phase form.
   • Enter in a new phase. 
   • Select a number for the order.
4. Click the Save icon at the right. 
   

Edit Phase

1. Open Phases from Administration.
2. Select a Phase from the list and click the Edit icon at the right. 
   
3. Edit text as needed or change the order for the phase.
4. Click the Save icon at the right. 

Remove Phase

1. Open Phases from Administration.
2. Select a Phase from the list and click the Delete icon at the right.
   
3. In the confirmation box asking if you are sure you want to delete this phase, click OK.
