Layout

In this section, you can set a default dashboard layout for all Quadra users at your company. Select which elements you want to appear and also which elements should be locked so they cannot be removed.  For example, if you want to make sure the company bulletin is always present on every user's dashboard, you can add it to the layout and then lock it into place.

Access Dashboard Layout

1. From Quadra, access Administration.
2. On the left hand menu, go to Dashboard.
3. Click Layout.
   

Add Element

1. Open the Layout.
2. Click the Available Elements drop-down menu. Select an element to highlight it, then click Add Element. The element will appear in the layout panel below.
3. Click Save Layout.
   

Reposition Elements

1. Open the Layout.
2. In the layout panel, click and drag the title bars of the elements left to right or up and down as needed.
3. Click Save Layout.
   

Lock Elements

1. Open the Layout.
2. On the element panel to be locked, click the Lock Element icon.  Once an element is locked, it cannot be removed by users.
3. Click Save Layout.
