Contact Types

Contacts can be assigned a Contact Type which allows you to organize contacts and provide additional details when preparing reports. Contact types can refer to job titles, functions, or departments.

Access Contact Types

Add Contact Type

Edit Contact Type

Remove Contact Type

 

Access Contact Types

  1. From Quadra, access Administration.
  2. On the left hand menu, go to Accounts.
  3. Click Contact Types.

 

Add Contact Type

  1. Open Contact Types from Administration.
  2. On the main Contact Types page, click Add Contact Type.

  3. Add a new option in the Contact Type form.
  1. Click the Save icon. 
     

Edit Contact Type

  1. Open Contact Types from Administration.
  2. Select a Contact Type from the list and click the Edit icon. 
  3. Change text as needed for Contact Type.
  4. Click the Save icon. 

 

Remove Contact Type

  1. Open Contact Types from Administration.
  2. Select a Contact Type from the list and click the Delete icon. 
  3. In the confirmation box asking if you are sure you want to delete this contact type, click OK.
