Advanced Enterprise Technologies, Inc. ® (AETI) is a consultative technology company that develops innovative solutions to simplify insurance exposure management and cost allocation operations.  We also provide data analysis services to help clients optimize their insurance programs and manage risk effectively.  We serve commercial property and casualty insurance brokers, nonprofits, risk retention groups, insurance pools, captive insurers, trusts, and REITs.

• NetInfoNow Development Begins

  June 2005

  A new RMIS system is in development and is vetted and tested by three large, diverse companies. Its vision is to capture insurance asset data, produce cost allocations driven by standard basis criteria and deliver insurance documentation such as certificates of insurance. The new software is branded NetInfoNow

• NetInfoNow Released

  June 2006

  NetInfoNow™ is released. The secure web application provides customers with the ability to manage insurance assets. Just as an insurance company would, users are given the ability to capture all data consistent with standards such as ISO. The new system is also licensed with ACOD and can produce both certificates of insurance and auto ID cards.

• Accounts Receivable Module

  May 2010

  NetInfoNow releases the Accounts Receivable module and by doing so, expands its core allocation principle. NetInfoNow automates payments through a secure lockbox service and reconciles the cash daily. This process reduces error and provides efficiency for accounting departments by removing the painstaking manual steps of reconciliation.
• Origami Partnership

  March 2011

  AETI partners with Origami Risk as a value added reseller of their claims management system.

• Quadra Development Begins

  November 2011

  Development beings on a successor to NetInfoNow with the goal of enriching the user interface and employing the latest web techonologies. The new software is branded Quadra.

• Allocations Module

  February 2012

  Allocations module is released which provides a user friendly method of producing highly configurable cost allocations. This module will produce accounting instructions for importing into an accounting system. Also, invoices will be imported into NetInfoNow’s Accounts Receivable module.
• Quadra Released

  April 2012

  Quadra® is released at RIMS 2012 in Philadelphia and wins an award for best in show. Quadra is written on a new platform enriching the user experience and bringing enhanced support tools, which include online help and video tutorials.

• Colonial Healthcare Acquired

  June 2012

  AETI acquires the assets of Colonial Healthcare adding medical bill repricing to its list of valued partners in claims management.
• NetInfoNow Retired

  January 2013

  NetInfoNow is officially retired and all remaining NetInfoNow customers are transitioned to Quadra®.

• Quadra's Module List Grows

  January 2014

  Quadra’s module list grows with the introduction of an improved dashboard, policy management, document manager, survey/audit and claims aggregation module. These additions increase its functionality and usability as a risk management system.
• US Captive Awards 2015 Nomination

  August 2015

  Quadra nominated in the Most Innovative Software category at the US Captive Awards.
• US Captive Awards 2017 Highly Commended

  August 2017

  Advanced Enterprise Technologies were recognized in the Technology Initiative category as highly commended.
• Quadra 4.0 Released

  December 2017

  Quadra 4.0 is released with an updated style, enhanced performance and the additional security of two factor authentication.

  January 2019

  Quadra 5.0 is released with an upgraded certificates module and new paperless renewal options.

  We remain agile during the COVID-19 pandemic and bring new features to Quadra to enable our customers to better work remotely including an updated mobile interface and single sign on functionality.
• Expanded Allocation Capabilities

  New system in Allocations is launched to automate the process of creating and sending invoices from start to finish, streamlining distribution to billing contacts.

  December 2021

  Quadra 7.0 is released with a new centralized data import feature and performance enhancements throughout.
